Return Policy

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition for the return to be accepted. Tags must be attached.
  • We aim to process your return within 3-5 business days after receiving the item (s).
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

 Store Credit

  • If you would like to return your item, please email us at contactus@shopsarella.com or fill out the form on the Contact Us page.
  • Once the items are received, we will issue a store credit in the form of an electronic gift card to your account or the email provided to us. 
  • Store Credit does not expire. 

Exchanges

  • Items can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. 
  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or for a different product, please email us at contactus@shopsarella.com or fill out the form on the Contact Us page.

Received a faulty item?
